The first verse of Lauren Alaina's 2021 song "Run" ends like this: "...Like the blood in our veins, yeah we're all the same. We - Run." That song changed Kristian Fields' '27 life. He discovered we are, down to the blood in our veins, all the same. And Kristian wants to inspire us all to run.

Baloo is on a strict diet in Serra Manor, where he lives with his parents, Chuck and Deb Seifert. That's why on hot summer days, Baloo loves it when his "cool aunt," Erin Pendergast '25, takes him out for ice cream. The two best friends also spend time together advocating for dogs who need homes.

Michael Averill '22 has been named a Newman Civic Fellow for the coming academic year by Campus Compact, a Boston-based non-profit organization working to advance the public purposes of higher education.

The fellowship is a yearlong program for students who demonstrate a commitment to finding solutions for challenges facing communities locally, nationally, and internationally.

Siena Water Polo's Diana Fernandez earned MAAC weekly awards. Fernandez was recognized as Rookie of the Week. This is the second straight honor for Fernandez.
